The Busty Girl in the Stripy Dress

You were the busty girl in the stripy dress

Who looked through my charm

And gave back what I dished out.

Showed no interest in me which interested me.

And when we talked we had so much in common;

Eclectic music, quirky humour.

Your quiet intelligence saw through the ego screens.

When I lay quiet you spoke in floods.

We looked through the same lense.

You taught me patience, tolerance and silence.

You taught me gentle.

You gave me dimension, colour and style.

You hid so much, then revealed all.

Strength, tenacity, courage and stamina.

Humour, love, forgiveness, charity and spirit.

You filled my cup and gave me abundance.
