Ears are the key

The door sits ajar providing a slight glimpse of what lies beyond.

Do not dare to show too much interest in the room that lies behind that door.

For if you knock or push too hard the door will lock tight, never to be opened again.

Wait patiently, listen attentively, empathise, never judge.

In time the door will slowly open, and a new room of understanding and insight will be revealed.

This new room holds more than just the answers to many of your questions,

It also contains a series of new mysteries to solve, and a host of new questions to be answered.

Each are represented by a new array of doors, some locked, some ajar.

All accessed via the same rules of silence, patience, listening, understanding, and empathy.

Only the most loving ears can unlock these doors.
