No Form, No Figure, No Face

I am no more, I am no more

A voice quietly echoes through space.

I am no more, I am no more

No form, no figure, no face.

No more an earthly form

Though a presence remains.

No more the mortal norm

I am but a memory stain.

There is nothing and there’s everything.

The spirit traverses the void.

Memories bloom like Spring,

Senses overjoyed!

There is no more, there is no more

The mortal softly sobs.

There is no more, there is no more

Murmurs the psyche of the robbed.

Photographs and feelings

Stories we love to tell.

Time does all its healing

While fluid eyes quell.

The spirit has its presence.

A peaceful calming flow.

Loving effervescence,

A warmth the knowing know.

I am no more, we are no more

Our voices softly sigh.

Thankfulness we implore

Tears of happiness we cry.
